The Black Sorrows are masters of musical eclecticism and one of Australia’s most important bands, considered living legends. Their music spans from gospel to soul, raw blues to country with a touch of jazz and raucous rock’n’roll. Led by the great Joe Camilleri, they have been performing for decades. The current lineup includes guitarist Claude Carranza, bassist Mark Gray, keyboardist James Black, and drummer Tony Floyd. Since their inception in 1984, The Black Sorrows have achieved many successes, with songs covered by international artists like Elvis Costello and John Denver.
