Concerts usually strart at 8.30 pm, unless otherwise indicated.
Unless otherwise specified, the concerts are free.
Tickets are refundable only in case of event cancellation. The refund will be processed within fifteen days
from the date of the event, by contacting the retailer where the tickets were purchased. For online
purchases on our website, the refund will be processed via PayPal.
On the evening of the concert, the on-site ticket office opens at 6:00 pm.
In case of bad weather, where provided, the concerts will take place in alternative locations, indicated on
the event posters and flyers, and will also be communicated through our channels.
The venues used for the events have areas designated for people with disabilities, with a limited number
of seats, in compliance with safety regulations and based on the capacity of the venues.
